Drafting an attractive listing, posting it on major real estate portals, and handling initial inquiries.

Verification of documents, credit analysis, and presentation of carefully screened candidates.

Scheduling Visits €84 (including tax) per hour
Scheduling appointments, showing your property to prospective buyers, and providing a follow-up report after each showing.

Drafting the Lease Agreement €204 (including tax)
Drafting a contract in accordance with regulations and arranging for its electronic signature.

Conducting Property Inspections between €120 and €540 (including tax) *
Preparation of a detailed move-in or move-out inventory, accompanied by photographs. * The rate is calculated based on the property type (furnished/unfurnished, apartment/house) and the property's square footage.

Yes. All of our services are offered à la carte: listing, candidate screening, showings, lease agreements, and move-in inspections.
We primarily serve the Haute-Savoie region. Depending on the property’s location, we may also be able to provide certain services in Savoie, Ain, and Isère.
