Verification of documents, credit analysis, and presentation of carefully screened candidates.

Scheduling appointments, showing your property to prospective buyers, and providing a follow-up report after each showing.

Drafting a contract in accordance with regulations and arranging for its electronic signature.

Preparation of a detailed move-in or move-out inventory, accompanied by photographs. * The rate is calculated based on the property type (furnished/unfurnished, apartment/house) and the property's square footage.

Yes. All of our services are offered à la carte: listing, candidate screening, showings, lease agreements, and move-in inspections.
We primarily serve the Haute-Savoie region. Depending on the property’s location, we may also be able to provide certain services in Savoie, Ain, and Isère.
